Lemon Sago Pudding

Ingredients:
* 1 cup sago
* 2 tbsp sugar
* grated lemon rind
* juice 2 lemons
* 4 cups of water
* 2 tbsp golden syrup or honey

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, heat until the sago is clear. Pour into a mould let it cool down plase in your fridge until set.
