Ingredients:
4 large chicken breasts
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp chipotle chile powder
1 Tbsp ancho chile powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Directions:
-Turn grill on high heat.
-On a designated poultry cutting board, place chicken breast and pound to even thickness (about 3/4 - 1 inch thick).
-In small bowl, combine all remaining items and toss to combine.
-Evenly coat each side of chicken with a light sprinkle of spice mixture.
-Bring out to grill and place, breast down, on grates.
-Turn heat down to medium heat and cook until grill marks have formed, about 3 minutes.
-Turn chicken over and continue to cook until grill marks have formed, about 5 minutes.
-Turn over once again and turn 90 degrees to obtain crossmarks.
-Continue to cook until chicken is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
-Remove from grill and let sit before cutting for 7 minutes before serving.
