3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
1 onion or 3 cloves garlic, chopped

3 (15 oz.) cans tomato puree
1 whole chicken cut up in pieces
2 tablespoons fructose
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 basil leaves
1 pound mixed vegetables chopped
Brown garlic in oil in a small fry pan. Add onions and
brown. Put all ingredients together in an 8-quart pot.
Simmer 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Serves 4 people.
